Welcome to Traders Compound. By accessing or purchasing any of our memberships, software, live calls, or services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use our Services. By purchasing, you confirm that all information provided (including billing details) is accurate and complete.

3. Memberships & Payments

Access to our Services requires a valid subscription or one-time payment through Whop or another approved platform. Prices, packages, and benefits are subject to change at any time. You are responsible for canceling your subscription before renewal if you do not wish to be charged again. Taxes, Platform Fees & International Charges. Unless otherwise stated, prices advertised by Traders Compound represent the base price of the applicable membership, subscription, software access, or service. The total amount due at checkout or renewal may also include sales tax, VAT, GST, Whop or platform fees, payment-processing charges, currency-conversion charges, foreign-transaction fees, or other amounts assessed by a payment platform, processor, financial institution, card issuer, or governmental authority. These additional amounts may vary based on your billing location, country, currency, payment method, financial institution, applicable laws, and the policies or fee schedules of third parties. As a result, the total charged for a renewal may differ from a prior payment even when Traders Compound has not changed the base subscription price. Traders Compound does not control the amount, calculation, timing, or refundability of charges imposed separately by Whop, payment processors, banks, card issuers, or governmental authorities. By completing a purchase or allowing a subscription to renew, you authorize payment of the total amount presented or processed by the applicable checkout and payment provider. Questions concerning a third-party charge may need to be addressed directly with the party that imposed it. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights available under applicable law.

4. Refund Policy

The AiO + Live Calls Membership and AiO Trade Alerts Membership include a 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee on the initial purchase only. The same initial-purchase guarantee applies to a Daily Live Calls Membership purchased separately. Refund requests after 3 days or for renewals are not eligible.

Taxes and Third-Party Charges. Approved refunds under the 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee cover the membership price in full. The treatment of taxes, platform fees, payment-processing charges, currency-conversion charges, foreign-transaction fees, and other separately imposed third-party charges is determined by the applicable payment provider, financial institution, and law. Traders Compound cannot guarantee reimbursement of amounts imposed independently by a third party or governmental authority. The total credited to your payment method and the processing time may therefore vary. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights available under applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, strategies, training models, and content shared by Traders Compound are proprietary and protected by copyright. You may not copy, resell, distribute, or share any part of our Services without written consent. Unauthorized distribution may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

6. Risk Disclaimer

The information provided by Traders Compound (including but not limited to live calls, alerts, software, indicators, strategies, videos, and written materials) is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing shared should be considered financial, investment, or trading advice. Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should carefully consider your financial situation, level of experience, and risk tolerance before engaging in trading activities. You are solely responsible for any investment or trading decisions you make and for the financial outcomes that result. Traders Compound and its team are not liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or expenses arising from the use of our content, services, or software. 7. Community Rules (Discord & Live Calls)

Members must treat others with respect – harassment, spamming, or abuse will result in removal. Sharing account access, content leaks, or intellectual property outside the community is strictly prohibited. Traders Compound reserves the right to revoke membership without refund if rules are violated.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: Traders Compound is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted with a “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
