1. AiO + Live Calls Membership
The AiO + Live Calls Membership includes access to daily live calls, AiO software alerts, and community resources.
A 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to the initial purchase only.
If you are within 3 days of your first payment and are unsatisfied, you may request a refund of the full membership price. Taxes and separately imposed third-party charges are handled as described in section 6.
Refund requests submitted after 3 days are not eligible — at that point, you may either continue with the membership or cancel future renewals.
All renewals and recurring payments for the AiO + Live Calls Membership are non-refundable.
2. AiO Trade Alerts Membership and Standalone Live Calls
This section applies to the AiO Trade Alerts Membership. The same rules also apply to a Daily Live Calls Membership purchased separately.
A 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to the initial purchase only.
If you are within 3 days of your first payment and are unsatisfied, you may request a refund of the full membership price. Taxes and separately imposed third-party charges are handled as described in section 6.
Refund requests submitted after 3 days are not eligible. You may cancel future renewals at any time to avoid additional charges.
All renewals and recurring payments for these memberships are non-refundable.
3. Group Mentorship Program
The Group Mentorship Program is a one-time payment and is non-refundable.
This program includes live group mentorship calls, structured education, and access to proprietary trading concepts and strategies.
By enrolling, you are reserving instructor time, scheduled live sessions, and access to proprietary materials. Once access is granted and the program begins, the service is considered fully rendered, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
4. How to Request a Refund
If your request is within 3 days of your initial purchase of the AiO + Live Calls Membership, AiO Trade Alerts Membership, or a separately purchased Daily Live Calls Membership, please contact us:

Please include your order details (email, order ID, and purchase date) so we can process your request promptly.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Taxes and Third-Party Charges
Approved refunds under the 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee cover the membership price in full. The treatment of taxes, platform fees, payment-processing charges, currency-conversion charges, foreign-transaction fees, and other separately imposed third-party charges is determined by the applicable payment provider, financial institution, and law. Traders Compound cannot guarantee reimbursement of amounts imposed independently by a third party or governmental authority. The total credited to your payment method and the processing time may therefore vary. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights available under applicable law.
